Meet the Team

Founder of Emrys Health, with over 15 years’ experience delivering large-scale data and innovation programmes across the NHS, national government, and global technology firms. Pollyanna led the team that built FutureNHS, the largest collaboration platform for the UK health service.Proven ability to lead national strategy, procure and design major digital assets, and ensure adoption of trusted, equitable data infrastructures.
Prior experience as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer for NHS England and Head of Delivery, Data and Analytics, NHS England.

Co-founder of Emrys Health, with 15 years’ experience developing data infrastructure and machine learning software across multiple industries.
Led the development of award-winning applications and platforms during the pandemic to predict and adapt capacity across London hospitals and deliver vaccines equitably across England.
Prior experience as Chief Technology Officer, Data Science lead, product manager and data scientist at VC-backed AI start-ups, Boston Consulting Group and Carnall Farrar.
